Community Cares Lifestyle & Wellness Expo aims to not only educate the community, but to provide a fun-filled day, too. The entertainment zone features a sporting trailer and a family fun zone.

 

Sporting trailer:

  • Virtual Golf Simulator and swing analyzer offer the latest technology for individuals to compete on famous par-three holes, testing their skills in both "closest-to-the-pin" and "hole-in-one" contests.

  • Golf Long-Putt tests putting skills at various lengths from 30-60 feet.

  • Golf Long-Drive is equipped with radar sensors and measuring devices to test speed and trajectory of ball.

  • Flat-screen TVs displaying satellite TV, music and video-looping capabiltiy

  • Lecture stage with audio speakers

Family fun zone:
  • Video Gaming including Nintendo Wii and Xbox KINECT
  • Inflatable fun
  • Arts & crafts tent
  • Face painting
  • Balloon creations
  • Flavored ice cups or frozen yogurt

We offer the chance to win the following grand prizes at our golf challenges:
  • NEW CAR! The winner of the "closest-to-the-pin" competition will have one swing to make a "hole-in-one" shot to win the car.
  • $10,000! The winner of the golf "putt-off" will have one putt from a selected distance, typically 90 feet, to make the putt to win.
  • Gift cards for the long-drive competition are awarded for various contests.
  • Merchandise and apparel are awarded for the top three finishers in each event.

Door Prizes

At the conclusion of the Community Cares & Lifestyle Expo, door prizes are drawn. All community members are provided with a passport-card which they present to exhibitors to stamp. Once the card is fully stamped and contact info is provided, attendees will be entered into grand prize raffle drawing. Typical prizes include:

  • Grand prize - Vacation package
  • Second prize - Golf clubs
  • Third prize - Gift card
  • 4th - 10th prizes - Merchandise
