Collaborating with Community Cares Lifestyle & Wellness Expo affords your company or organization direct access to a very targeted and qualified demographic. We host 35-45 community expos annually in Arizona and California in master-planned communities that boast 4,000 – 20,000+ residents per community, with exposure to over 300,000 individuals.
Community Cares Lifestyle & Wellness Expo, in conjunction with the homeowner’s association, promotes within each community to ensure a strong turnout. Exhibitors are capped at 40 per field with guaranteed exclusivity at a first-come, first-serve basis. What you can expect:
- Personal interaction with viable, target demographic
- Opportunity to maintain or intensify brand awareness and showcase products and services
- Increase data-base leads
- Exhibitor tents, drapery, tables, chairs, electricity, trash bins, trash collection and decorations provided

General Exhibitor Information
Set Up/Break down
Expo spaces must be staffed, operational and ready for attendees prior to Expo commencing. The event organizer will contact all exhibitors prior to the show with details regarding set-up times, show hours and break-down process. Exhibitors must remain at their booth until end of expo. All equipment and supplies must be taken down at the end of each event and cannot be stored on site.
Parking
One parking space is available per booth. Exhibitors with oversized vehicles or needing handicap parking will need to notify event organizers in advance. Vehicles may temporarily enter the expo zone to load and unload supplies and equipment during set-up window, but must be removed by designated time.
Recycling and Waste
In an effort to reduce waste, exhibitors are requested to make every effort to minimize the amount of waste generated from their booth. Recycling stations will be available on site. Exhibitors must keep the area inside and outside of their event space clean.
Weather Delay
If there is a severe weather condition, exhibitors will be notified via email or phone of a rescheduled date, usually the following day.
Payment
To secure a guaranteed booth at each Community Cares Lifestyle & Wellness Expo, 50% of payment is due upon application submission. The remaining 50% is due 14 days prior to expo. We accept major credit cards and checks. Please make payable to:
